Forged 428 cranks.

I don't know if everyone missed it or what, but ANT posted a msg about forged 428 cranks on eBay. I was skeptical at first, but look at these:

They look like 427 cranks. The second one could easily be a 427 steel crank, offset ground to big block chevy size rods, to make a 3.98+ stroke, but the first one says the rod journals are 2.4377. What's up with that?
