Im tellin you,400 HP from a 390 is pushing it! After it blows up,you will be pushing it for sure. No way that Mario Van Winkle went 11.50's on a throw together 390,no way! Also, its just another testimony to the destructive nature of the FE when he says "after the valve dropped in my 428 CJ". Mario,If you had taken my advise in the first place, you NEVER would have experienced that failure. Funny how the engines I build here at SUPERIOR AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE AND RACING never blow up. Hey,Im just responding to the remarks about me that you all think you're getting away with. But the truth is the truth, and the truth is,that 400 HP will destroy a 390. It will ruin the block or the crank,or both. I've seen it happen too many times. If you dont beleive me,then its your choice. Dont say I did'nt warn you. |
