You just proved your inability to build/dyno engines, Stanley. If you were as smart as you think you are you would know stock jetting is way too lean and cannot possably make maximum horsepower, what about timing? did you take the time to optimize the timing? I doubt it. Did you do anything with valve settings? Did you run EGT sensors? What was the BSFC? Give us some data and maybe some of us won't think you are a complete idiot. A good dyno operator could find about 90 to 100 more H.P. than you produced. Just wondering, if a single 4bbl M.R with 9.4 to 1 c/r made 505 hp@ 6400rpm in 1966, why couldn't you get more than 377 h.p. in 1999. |
