RE: 406 powered Police Car!!

I've never seen a vin like this,
VIN : 3d52zp166433
Maybe it's because it's a police car.

But, according to the literature, both Z and P are 390 4V, P being the Police version.

All my literature shows the 406's being B and G coded.

Anyone have anything different?
