valve guides on a 390

I have a 68' Galaxie with a 390 2-V. It has hardened valve seats and I had the heads planedand fitted for valve guides and the valves reseated 3 years ago. Its been sitting for several months and since I've started it up I've been getting blue smoke. i've never had the problem before. If its the valve guides then is there a oil treatment that will cure this problem since I hate to get rid of an expensive set of Felpro cylinder head gaskets that are only 3 years old?
