Points to a pic highlighting the area I was referring to. The other area is hidden by the starter (when it's installed) so is harder to see in the car.

Like I said before though, some blocks just didn't have them.

But, that date code you have shows, respectively,
0,B,02,4 meaning 70 (0) or maybe 60?, February (B), 2nd day of the month (02), and the 4 is a change level or in-plant control #. From the sounds of it, I highly doubt you have the original engine, but it's definately not a 352 if the date code is for `70.
