Timing gears for FE By Earl Wood - 08/28/2001 10:33:22 PM; IP 12.93.220.195 Is the timing gear set the same for 66 as for 75? I was told that on the later models, the gears retarded the timing. Is the truck the same as the car? I am building a 75 truck 390 and wondered if the early timing set (if different) would be better.
