If you would like to nearly eliminate the possibility of leaks at the mounting flanges I suggest that you use 2 sets of gaskets and cement 1 pair of them together per side with 3M Trim Cement. Then use the correct torque and sequence and after running the engine to operating temperature ONCE, let it cool down cold and retorque them. If you cannot get a torque wrench to work in the space available just retighten the bolts as evenly as you can. After that you will be able to enjoy your ride without too much worry |
