The motor has a C6ME-A this blocks listed as numerous applications other then 428 in fact 410 and 390. I have seen them all personally.
The Heads are C8AE-H w/o Air Tubes
Pistons are 390 2V
Valve springs are Yellow w big Orange Splats
The Pan has a tray that follows the contour of the sumps slope w a scraper. The intake is a "T " Lettered 2V.
