I would have to agree Travis, When you have F.E,s heads in you hands you better make sure there gonna work ! Some of ford puplications have charts that you can follow, that will explain how this is done. ( It's called percentage cutting) But one thing for sure they cannot tell you how much was taken off the heads before you got-um . This idea of keeping those numbers handy for future use is good , I keep a virgin head handy myself. But if you want to save these -- H.P. heads, because you have a ton of money in them.
Take your manifold to your friendly machines shop and cut it, I swear it won't hurt !
