I decided to post this victory for all who may be troubled by this in the future. (428 cj with Edelbrock heads, headers, msd & 76 360 HEI Ford distributor)
It was fouling plugs every 800 miles. I finally fixed the problem by buying the track kit from Summit and putting the smallest jet/rod combonation for the Edelbrock 750 and all my problems went away. I checked the floats and everything is new and in working order. This was such a load off my shoulders that I just had to crow about it for a while. |
