I dfon't know the dimensional difference, but I guess the larger question is why are you changing from a PI to an RPM? There is very little performance difference between the two and there is no other advantage, like weight-savings. The two manifolds achieve their performance characteristics through different methods (PI - Large plenum with large initial runner volume; RPM - Large plenum with constant dimension runner) but the difference in how the perform isn't statistically significant.
Sorry this doesn't answer your direct question, but you already know the PI allows you to retain the shaker and it is a factory manifold that does match your intake ports.
