In reality, even running through a good dual exhaust system, you'll probably see 20+. More importantly, it's the torque gain that you'll feel, as the pistons no longer have to 'push' all the exhaust gasses through the system, and that energy is freed-up to be used elsewhere. You can also reasonably expect mileage improvements of about 1-1/2-2 mpg over the stock system, at least at cruise or higher.
