Valve covers with H-S rockers

I think that is a canned statement to get them off the hook in case something does not clear. My H-S rockers fit under both "Power By Ford" stock covers and the pent roof "Running Cat" valve covers made by Shelby American for the FE. You should not have a problem. By the way they also work fine with the stock oil diverters.
