Nitro's right. I'm running the RPM in my truck. Idles smoothe at 800 RPM'S. 296/576 is not a Lope-Pit-T Lope-Pit-T cam. It has good bottomend torque for towing, but I dont have the rest of the motor to get to 6500 rated RPM'S. My 322/680 solid Sig cam in my FE race car sounds like a Harley at idle :)
