that C-J cam would be hard to beat. It idles smooth and gives good performance with the 3.50 gear, which it came with on an automatic equiped C-J. You can go a little bigger, but the milage will suffer. You still need to upgrade the valve springs, and retainers with the C-J cam though. What does free flowing entail?
