Ted, My engine builder is running a 410 at the track, I think the car is pretty consistent at 10.30 / 137. That is using a Performer RPM intake and heads with a Holley 750 vacuum secondary single pump carb 0-3310-2. You would need to do some serious porting to match his performance, they have a solid roller cam and C6. Valves are titanium 2.15 / 1.76 and Hooker race headers are used with2" primary tubes. All this in a 1964 Falcon.
Your gear and slick combination sounds reasonable depending on wether the engine makes good power. The parts themselves are one factor, the care and accuracy of the machine work will determine how well it works to a great degree. The cam will need to match your combination too.
