428 ? help

I need help ID'ing a short block. The rods are C7AE-B & the pistons say 428 on one side & super on the other. The crank is steel CAE630 (maybe C5AE) it does have the $ sign. The block is C6ME w/VSH9 by the oil filter adapter, it all was standard and seems to be stock. Any kind of help would be great :-).
