428cj removal from '69 mustang

What is the easiest way to pull the motor out of the car?
I have the 4 speed with stock exhaust manifolds power brakes and no air conditioning. Do you have to take the right side exhaust manifold off first along with the tranny and pressure plate? Also can I use the stock lift hooks with the tranny and water pump off?
