Casting differences |

The ones with 14 bolt holes were intended to be used on a 390GT engine or 390-2V engine in a Fairlane or Comet.
The ones with 8 holes were intended for anything else, like a 352-2V pickup or a 428-4V police car for example.
The ones with the seperate "R" came from the Cleveland foundry and will have the "C" with "F" inside logo. The ones with C6AE-R all in one logo are Dearborn castings, will have "DIF" on them somewhere.
Smog holes were drilled if needed, otherwise left blank.
