Yes I do have a 4spd.......the modification was to the threaded "shaft" on the clutch adjustment.....the end needed to be ground down a little. I have since switched to a cable clutch which I highly recommend. As far as the power steering goes I believe you need the ram drop bracket which is pretty standard with header installation in p/s cars. I have a manual rack and pinion so I can't really comment if the drop bracket is necessary or what is involved.
