You probably have castings C4AE-G which was the common 352/390 head of late '64 through '65. And as Royce has indicated there should be no problem with running these heads. Actually they are an excellent head that provides equal to or better flow than the C8OE-N CJ head if properly worked, i.e., CJ/low riser valves, pocket porting, etc.
