I started with the Oriely's 29.99 rebuild. Then, I updraded to a high volume steel one by Koolz It, or what ever there name is, for $80 and saw no difference on the temp gauge. Edelbrock sells an aluminum one to the tune of $169.00. I have heard no feed back on weather it works any better but it is lighter. How much lighter I do not know.

This is one item that I think the standard rebuild works good enough on.
