i,d find a good quality 390 plate and have it ballanced with the crank and damper a good shop can take your old 428 plate and remove the counter weaght and weld it back on to the 390 plate and rebalance the asembly.390 fly weals for standerd trans aps can be modified for 428,s also.....i know this sounds like a lot of work but most 428,s need balanced anyway.....
