Thanks for the info guys, what ive got is a 64 iron 427 crank that has been balanced with the Lemans rods using mallory metal in the throws. i like to use this combo if at all possible. would domed 428 pistons compensate for the shorter stroke to keep the compression up around 10.5? I have a set of 428CJ heads that have been milled an un determined amount . Let me know what you think. Thanks Phil
