RE: 1964 R Code 427 ID Help please

I'm having a sinking feeling about this car. The carbs do seem too new to be original. The heads have two different part numbers. Is the other head a 427 head? Where can I get a picture of the oil pressure rleif valve or the oil galleys for comparison? What did the casting date decode to??
