Anybody use the 270H comp cam?
By Steve M - 03/12/2004 2:53:16 PM; IP 172.152.44.153
I just called comp cams and they suggested this cam for my car. It is the 270H

RPM range 1800-5800 Adv Duration 270 intake and 270 exhaust

@.050 intake 224 exhaust 224

Valve lift .519 intake and .519 exhaust with 110 degree lobe separation.

Just curious if this is a good cam? It is for a daily driver 390 with a couple of trips to the track each year. I asked him if I could use the stock springs and pushrods with this cam and he said yes. Does anybody think that lift is too high for the stock rods and springs?
