Holley or Edelbrock ?

What carb do you guys like to run and which one do you feel gives better performance? My 390 is mildly built with flat tops, cj valves in c8 heads, rpm intake, roller rockers, and a cam with 210 int and 217 exh. at @ .050. What cfm would you use?
