Hedman made a set of headers many years that works for this application. If you are patient and watch ebay they come up occasionally.

They're a two piece set. A casting bolts to the head with a steel flange where the steel tubes/flange bolt to with a gasket. They're funky looking but cool too. And they're tight to the block. They'll fit just about any engine compartment where you can squeeze in an FE.

But again you have to be patient. 390ranger's advice of contacting FPA, isn't it Ford Power Applications? might be the best bet.
