There's obviously a hung jury on the issue of plugging the lifter galley. Here's all I can tell you about restrictors on Edelbrock heads; spinning the oil pump with a speedwrench by hand produces what appears to be plenty of oil, especially for roller rockers. With an HVLP pump the rockers are drenched and dripping in seconds. This is using a Holley .087 jet (sold by the camgrinder as a "restrictor") in the heads. I can only imagine what it would look like at RPM's.
