Fe cast iron headers

I found a set of fe cast headers at swapmeet.They are the short set.The guy wants $450. for them. They are in good shape.My question is will they fit in a1964 Galaxie with power steering, 390, 4-speed and is this a good price? Should I try to find the longer ones?
