| you are exactly right, phone convo's with them are near flawless, my whole point on this thread was, everyone pisses and moans about people buying from summit racing, so i went with flatlander, what took them a month to get, summit would have had to me within 48 hrs and this customer car would have been gone and the next one in, so i sit with a customer car in shop for last 2 1/2 weeks torn apart waiting for parts, i ordered parts 1 1/2 weeks before tearing apart car because they said my order was being processed the very next day, 31 days later i finally get parts, then i get wrong parts, THEN get an attitude from them because i am asking about wrong parts, by know i am getting a little pissed and they could really give a CRAP....i would have at least expected them next daying my pushrods to me BUT NO.. first they have to goto flatlander from crower, then shipped out to me, talk about a waste of time, so what should be 1 or 2 days for pushrods will now be near 10 days... IDIOTS, on top of that i didn't even get responses to my calls or e-mails until i posted the fist message on this thread...GO FIGURE |
