yes i specifically asked for a 2711 and that is what the box read, over the last few years or so hayden changed the dimensions although they will never tell you that, the 2710, was way to long for the car i did, then ordered the 2711 after going onto the hayden site and looke dup dimensions, luckily i have a good parts counter man that works on all kinds of crazy stuff for me and has no problem sending stuff back and forth for me...
my application was the fe mustang, and using the 2711 the fan hit the radiator, on one of the other fe sites i frequent they suggested also that the 2711 whould not fit unless you found someone that had an old one sittin gon the shelf...
was really hoping at he time the hayden fit, it was a 3rd of the price of rebuilding my original
some people may be lucky and getthe 2711 to fit, either a difference in car or an older model 2711 clutch, i think even if you do a search here on this site it will show that most people had bad luck with fitment
