Don't know for sure if this is your problem, and
this is gonna sound backward to you but try changing your thermostat to a 192 degree
this will allow the radiator to properly cool
before it gets a fresh load of hot coolant
I had this prob with a fresh 427 for two weeks
changed the thermostat to 192 and cured it
