roll bar/setbelts

I have a 66 coupe with no seatbelts. I was thinking that the safest
method to install strong four-point seatbelts was to install a single
roll-bar behind the front seats and in front of the rear seats. I
have seen cars in mags with this, but never any close-ups. First, do
four-point safety harnesses attach directly to roll bars? Second,
does anyone know of any place that installs roll bars in the NYC
area? (If not, anywhere at all?) Third, the pics of stangs with this
style roll bar have a panel made precisely for this - meaning the
rear side panel where the window lever is located (on the outside
wall next to the rear seats) actually wrap around the roll bar. You
only see the bar coming from the roof up to the window, below that it
is covered by the panel. thanks in advance for your help.
