Fill the the rear end through the fill hole until oil drips out of it. Test drive and check for axle seal leaks check oil level. Add more oil if needed. Don't forget to reinstall the oil plug before test driving.

The bearings should be the sealed type (internally lubricated) and get no oil from the rearend for lubrication.
