vibration in brand new 390 after tranny swap

HELP !! JUST INSTALLED A REBUILT C-6 in my 72 390 and theres a vibration in the engine that was not there before the tranny man says he ran the motor with only a bell housing an starter with flex plate. hes the vibe is in the engine and it starts vibing at 1200 rrsss and continues yet at idle its ok compression is at 120 psi except no 4 thats at 110 all the shops i talk too wanna pull trans and the cost is kicking my butt and i need real help my nerves r shot
