Have you driven the car yet? These cars are a lot of fun completely stock.

Of course you can modify them and get more power. The problem for a lot of guys is that they modify the engine without a cohesive plan. All the parts need to be compatible. If you decide to modify any one thing, a set of headers gives the most bang for the least amount of trouble and a good value. A better intake like the Performer RPM or Blue Thunder. Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads are good too.

Be careful with the camshaft, it is the brain of the engine. The stock cam is a great choice for most people. Other popular cams are the Comp 268H and the Comp Cams 280H.
