The number you see on the manifold is not a part number. It is a casting number.

Also, just so you will know, most if not all of the "written" reference manuals for FE engines are totally worthless. There was evidently someone who made a list of casting numbers way back when and it has been copied into any number of other books and websites. The only reliable one I know of is http://www.428cobrajet.com
