Valve underneath
By Royce Peterson - 09/22/2005 7:54:22 AM; IP 72.49.149.21
Many applications used the valve underneath in 68 - 69. There are a couple dozen different snorkles during the period. There is a TSB showing the elimination of this device midyear 1968 on 289- 302 applications.

One thing for sure, if yours has the vacuum pulloff underneath it is not the correct snorkle for any FE application.

 What 'secret'? I'm saying the valve alone won't ID a snorkel. [n/m] -- Mr F, 09/21/2005
