| Looking for ideas on putting together a fairly tame 390 for my 1966 Fairlane GTA. I would like to keep stock engine appearance and good idle characteristics. I'm starting with a bare BLOCK that will need to be bored 30 over, a bare set of C6AER heads and a aluminum ford PI intake. The rest I will need to accumulate based on suggestions. Keep in mind I am not trying to set any land speed records and I have a tight budget. |
