I used restricors in my 428. Still too much oil up top...floods the valve seals. I used 1" long pieces of Aluminum with a 0.09" hole in center as resrictions and slipped them down the side shaft in each head. FPP (gee I hate those guys...crappy service..but they seem to know what they're doing) use threaded hex plugs with a 0.09 " hloe in them. Next Engine I will try the FPP type approach , as I am sure I still have excess oil getting around the outside of my restrictors.
