I posted a question about the streetmaster 390 a while back regarding portmatching. If you end up deciding to install that intake, archive search for the responses to my querie under "port matching, how important". That info will be valuable before you install.
As to performance, i have as yet to figure out some bugs in the ignition and carburation so i can't answer that question.
