"I have a 1967 gt-500 and I need to change the plugs, because they have fouled, but I can't figure out how to change them since the fender-well is way too close for my hands. Can anyone help me with a trick or some advise besides taking the motor out. "

The easiest way I found was to remove the aluminum rocker covers. Don't forget that a spark plug socket also has a 5/8" hex for use with a box-end wrench.

I remember on the 428 Pontiac Trans-Ams that the easiest way was to drill access holes through the skirts.
