RE: Precious Windsors in NASCAR? |

And the blocks are far from a stock Windsor. They are custom race blocks. A stock Windsor block would not last the race. But, the old 427 NASCAR engines used the same blocks that were used in the R-code Galaxies. Hell, the SOHCs were used in top fuel, Connie Kalita's Bounty Hunter, for instance. No way you could run a Windsor block there. They ran agains stock block Hemis of both old and new design. I said the 427 blocks ran against Hemis. They won against Hemis. Windsors did not, and do not.
This guy could be contributing to a Windsor forum, but instead he is here, baiting and trolling this forum. He does not seem to really know what he is talking about (He said the 460 oiling system is better than the FE! A clear indication he has not studied either!) Why is this troll tolerated? |
