Yeah Dale I dont know if Edelbrock offers a spring kit or not, I am going to check. My car is a 65' Galaxie xl convertible. I like it because it is different, the 352 FE is definately different. I am not building a racer, I just want it to look good. The car is so heavy, it would need some major $ to be fast. I am doing mostly the chrome thing with a few upgrades like the Performer intake and Edelbrock carb. I chose Edelbrock because I like the look of the carb, I have heard they do not perform as well as the Holleys or others but it seemed to me to be different so I bought it. I also am adding an Edelbrock water pump and aluminum fan. I also have the Accel wires and coil. I agree with you, I did not notice much difference if any at all. I am toying around with the idea of a hotter cam and perhaps heads but my wife keeps reminding me of the $ I keep putting in this baby so who knows. Fords are great. In HS I had a 641/2 mustang I raced around town, trouble was I had no money then. Now with my newest toy and I am in my 30's with money I am indulging myself. What is you car?
