Low oil pressure is your most pressing concern, perhaps an oil consumption problem depending upon the oil control ring's ability to handle the excessive cylinder oiling.

This is not a situation you can live with. You need to get your engine in specs otherwise you're going to be back into the engine long before you should have to.

How did you end up with this much clearence? Were the rods plained or the crank gound? You're going to have to replace whatever was improperly machined.
