428Cj heads on a 360?

Hi guys,
I have a rebuilt 360 that was bored .030 and I now want to put on my 428Cj heads and Cj intake. What problems should I be worried about with this swap? Any advice on rocker arms, head bolts, carb size etc? It will have a 4 spd toploader attached to it.
