I'm not a performance wiz, but I've had good luck with my Blue Thunder with CJ-sized ports in my 452.

I like it a lot, and I gather from the forum discussions that it'll outflow an RPM in larger-cube engines. The RPM is ideal for a top-performing 352-390, as the BT may be a bit large for some smaller displacement applications.

Purely opinion,
