they are the same for my cougar. i got lucky and found one for 75 bucks with mounts. you can prob pick one up at a swap meet for 100 or just get one from a radiator shop for about 250. remember the mounts are different. the 289 mounts directly to the front brace. your going to need a set of upper and lower mounts. there is 3 of them two mounts and one saddle. they'll run you around 50 to 75. you should be able to find them at any kragens or pepboys. youd besuprised what kragens has on the shelfe in the corner. found a set of motor mounts for a 390 for $15 a piece. turned around and traded them for a intake. its better off buying new or reconditioned then pulling someones headache from the bone yard.
